I am deeply saddened by the loss of Rob and want to extend my heartfelt condolences to Tahnee and JR. My thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time and I carry you all in my heart through these difficult days.
One of my favorite memories of Rob was how he always balanced his tough exterior with a deep sense of care and compassion. I remember a new employee who made a mistake during pay setting—a moment that could have been a source of correction and stress. Instead, Rob handled it with incredible grace and reassurance, reminding her, and all of us, that mistakes are how we learn and grow. His approach taught a valuable lesson on how we should handle such situations with encouragement.
Rob’s humor, laughter, and overall presence were truly unforgettable, and he will be deeply missed. His influence will continue to be felt for a long time to come.
