Mattie was a friend of my mom Mildred Bunnell. When my mom passed away Mattie continued to call me a couple times a year just to check in on us. Mattie called me mother's day weekend and left a message for me to call her. I tried retrieving the number but couldn't. At that time I called many assisted living facilities to try and find her but couldn't, I kept checking google looking for any information about Mattie. I was so sad to see that Mattie had passed away. I find comfort knowing that she is with mom and Roosevelt and the Lord for eternity, Sorry I missed you. Love you Mattie

My condolences to the family, May God continue to bless you!!!. I only new Ms. Mattie from the past four years that I worked at my branch. She would always say "Blessed by the Best" when you asked her how she was doing...and she would also tell you the truth about things that she noticed during our interactions lol. Ms Mattie, thank you for always having a kind word or story to share.
