Mark Anthony Jefferson, born July 24, 1962, son of JoAnn Jefferson and Arthur D. Jefferson II, died Satur- day, December 27, 2014.
Mark grew up in Covington, Kentucky where he attended Holy Cross and Holmes High School. He later joined the military. He was an enthusiastic sports fan. Later in life, Mark resided in California. He worked coaching children at a special needs Academy.
Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Bryant L. Jefferson Nasus.
Mark leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Jackie Moser-Jefferson; children, LaTisha Beal, Kristian Y. Jeffer- son, Mark A. Jefferson, David E. Jefferson, Mark B. Jefferson, Jeffrey Jefferson, Joseph Jefferson and Chantay Moser; sisters, Kathleen Jefferson and Cassandra Ander- son; brothers, Wendell L. Jefferson, Arthur D. Jefferson III, Steven P. Jefferson and Christopher Jefferson; 10 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mark made alot of friends out here in California..our son played basketball with his son Jeff for many years..we traveled all over the place and we had so much fun.. Mark coached these teams and taught the boys the meaning of working hard and respect for one another...He will be deeply missed..I am still in disbelief...R.I.P. MY FRIEND...
