Margie L. Myers was born on August 16, 1941 to the
proud parents, Mr. Leroy and Mrs. Naomi Haynes, both
of whom preceded her in death.
She was married to a wonderful man, Hubert Myers
who loved her dearly. He also preceded her in death.
Margie was the mother of four.
Margie?s religious belief was based on Jehovah Witness.
She studied off and on since her children were in elementary
school. She loved and believed in Jehovah, Christ
Jesus and the Truth.
She was a strong, stubborn and loving woman. She
opened her home to any and everyone who came, and
would feed them all. Margie enjoyed shopping, cooking,
sewing and decorating, and she was good at it!
Before Margie became ill, she loved having company
over. They?d stay up all night listening to music, dancing,
talking and just having fun.
Margie leaves to cherish her memory: three daughters
and a son, Sophia Haynes, Leroy Haynes, Gail Myers and
Patricia Johnson; eight grandchildren, Antonio, Adrion,
Damica (David), Braylen, Leroy Jr., Brandis, Crystal and
Mykal; and 13 great-grandchildren. Margie was one of
seven. She also leaves her sisters, Audrey Baker, Deborah
Bolt, Janet Haynes (deceased) and Toni Haynes; two
brothers, Leroy Haynes and Kiva Dior; three aunts,
Lucille Haynes, Nevorah Lewis and Ruby Williams; a host
of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Margie was the backbone of our family. She is and
always will be loved, remembered and missed by all whose
life she had touched.
