Mae loved to be around family and party. She also enjoyed going to the casino with her sister.

Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Ateba Costner and seven siblings.

Mae leaves to cherish her memory; one son, William (Ellen) Scott; three grandchildren, Annitta Jackson Bryant, Raymond and Connie; one sister, Norma Buckingham; and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
