Julie Ann Adams-Daniels, age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2025, in the care of Hospice of Cincinnati at Christ Hospital.
Born on January 25, 1962, in Cincinnati, Julie was a lifelong resident who dedicated her life to serving her community with compassion and love. She worked for Cincinnati Public Schools for 27 years as a Lunchroom Manager, where she was known for her kindness and generosity. Julie often paid for students’ lunches out of her own pocket, ensuring no child went hungry. Her care extended beyond the school year—she also worked the summer meal program for 27 years, feeding neighborhood children with warmth and dedication.
Julie retired from Cincinnati Public Schools in 2017 and continued her service to the community by working with the Board of Elections for seven years.
Affectionately known as “Momma,” “Mawmaw,” and lovingly by some as “Big Booty Judy,” Julie was a kindhearted, loving, and compassionate woman. She enjoyed Bingo, visiting casinos, and playing cards with friends and family. Her joyful spirit and generous heart touched everyone she met.
Julie is survived by her children: Timisha (Ed) Daniels, Kenyai Daniels, and Dante Daniels; her grandchildren: Da’Veion, Kenyen, Taleeya, Maurijah, Giovonne, Ke’Marie, and Ed Jr.; and her great-grandchildren: Tylen, Kayden, and Ka’layah.
She also leaves behind her siblings: Joan, Bobby (Josie), Donnie, Nadine, Diane (Bobby), Ronnie, Mark (Chrissy), Paul, and Dorothy (Giovanni). She is preceded in death by her brothers John, Barry, and Steve.
Julie’s legacy of love, compassion, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
