Wow. Just seeing this disturbing news. I babysat his twins when I was a very young woman. And later saw him as a physician when he was practicing with the Daugherty Medical Group. My belated condolences go out to the family.

My name is Lois Haygood formerly of Cincinnati Ohio. Dr. Kegler took care of several of my family members at all times of the night in any type of weather. He was a brilliant doctor who always saw to his patients he will be dearly missed by my family.

I am totally blown away. Dr. Kegler was a very good friend and the physician for my whole family from Mom and Dad to cousins,for over 25 years. I worked with him at Bethesda Hospital for about 30 years. He was a one of a kind doctor who really cared about his patients.and always went that extra mile.with a smile. He will be greatly missed.

Wow I am at a lost for words, Dr. kegler will truly be missed. I worked side by side with him at Bethesda hospital and he had a spirit and smile that filled the office with laughter and made work a joy. I learned so much from him.
