Georgia Lee Brown was born on February 22, 1937 to the late Richard Taylor and Mary Taylor in Yazoo, Mississippi. Georgia was the fifth child and the baby. She departed this life in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 5, 2014.
Georgia devoted her life at an early age and became an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. When illness entered her body, she was no longer able to attend, but her faith in God, Jesus Christ was very strong.
An awesome lady, she was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother, auntie and friend. She was Heavenly sent.
In passing, she leaves: six daughters, Delorise Page, Mary Alice Walton, Jerdine McKinnes, Sarah Mae Crawford, Linda B. Johnson and Crestine Johnson; two sons, Johnnie Johnson and Arlinda Johnson; two foster sons, Jimmy Graham and David Graham; 25 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren and 30 great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, James E. Ford; two brothers, Floyd Taylor and Richard Taylor; and two sisters, Dora Lee Harris and Ollie Bell Rush. She will be missed as we cherish her loving memory.
