Geneva was also a passionate singer and was a devoted member of the choir at Rose Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and Philippians Missionary Baptist Church. In her final years she was a faithful member of New Prospect Baptist Church where even after she could no longer physically attend, she continued to make new friends and be a support to others by regularly participating in the virtual events and live streams.
