Frances Ellen Robinson, better known as “Cookie”, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. She was born to Charles and Leola Best on June 29, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Frances was the beloved wife of Ralph Howard Robin-son, Jr.; and mother of Timothy Stinson (wife Kazuko), Kenneth Stinson and Anthony Stinson (wife Amber); stepmom to Ralph Howard Robinson III (deceased) and Tonya Yvette Robinson; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; six sisters, Marjorie Phillips, Bonnie Smith, Ruth Sanford, Marva Stone, Ethel Rose Best and Marcella Moore (husband Lesley); and a host of other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Leola Best; and four brothers, Wayne, Wendell, Glenn and Charles Best.
Frances worked at Lincoln Heights Health Center and Lincoln Heights Police Department. Frances also served in the Air Force Reserve. She was a very compassionate person and had a loving smile. She will definitely be missed and is now in the hands of God where she has comfort and peace.
