Dwayne (Chef) Hill, Sr. was born July 3, 1962 at General
Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Ida Elizabeth Hill.
Dwayne was the seventh of 10 children. He transitioned his
earthly life on Sunday, March 18, 2012.
Dwayne lived his entire life in Cincinnati where he graduated
from Withrow High School. During his youth to adulthood,
he was encouraged by his mentor, Gilbert Bulvanker.
His motivation inspired Dwayne to further his education at

of culinary arts.
Following his passion for cooking, Chef began working at
Frisch?s and the Kenwood Country Club for over 23 years. He
catered special events for the members at Kenwood Country

Culinary Club. He was truly loved by staff and members of
the club that a memorial was held in his honor.
Dwayne was a great father to his son and grandchildren as
well. He also developed a love for cars at a young age. Dwayne
would spend time shopping with Trinity, and take Dwayne
and Kenyon to car shows whenever they came to town. He
was also known as the ?Candy Man? by nieces and nephews.
