It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Devin Dwayne Starks Jr., who left this world on February 12, 2025, at the tender age of 21. Born on January 9, 2004, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, Devin was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. A cherished son of Amanda Dawn Allen and Devin Starks Sr., his life was filled with youthful curiosity, creativity, and boundless energy.
Devin was a talented athlete, finding his passion in archery during high school. He was proud to be recognized as ‘Man of the Year’ in his senior year, a testament to his dedication and skill. He graduated from Scott High School in 2022, where he not only excelled academically but also built lasting friendships and memories.
Beyond his love for sports, Devin enjoyed spending time with loved ones, immersing himself in the worlds of anime, video games, and VR, and indulging in his favorite food—pizza. He was known for his infectious laughter and kind spirit, always eager to lift the moods of those around him. He leaves behind cherished memories with his best friend YaYa; and a host of siblings, family, and friends along with his beloved dog, Rex Donovan.
