Darlene Carnell Lowe (Johnson) was born May 22, 1946, in Cincinnati Ohio to David and Katherine Johnson Cincinnati Ohio.
Darlene was educated in the Cincinnati public school system. She retired from Drake Hospital. For years among many of her accomplishments she was a great cook which she opened her own restaurant called (ITS ALL GOOD) among many other entrepreneurial ventures.
Darlene united in holy matrimony to John Lowe on July 22, 1990, who preceded her in death in 2011. They were blessed with four grandchildren who also became the love of their lives as Mama and Dad.
She leaves to cherish her memory of her 4 children Dawanna, Dwayne (Philicia), Diane (Joseph) and Damien Lowe; 2 sisters Virdel Hill (Willie) and Davetta Gaston; one brother David L Johnson (Karen); 7 great grandchildren -D’Naejan Lowe, Dwayne Lowe, Dwight Lowe, Dariyah Lowe, Da’Niyah Joseph Rice-Howard, Ja’Sina Rice-Howard, and Brayden Lowe; three nephews Dorsey Gaston, Anthony Gaston, and (David (DJ) Johnson; one niece Tara Channel Griffin (TJ) and a host of great nieces and nephews.
