Carolyn L. (Ruff) Mosley age 92 was born on September 12, 1931, to the union of the Late Weaver Ruff and Virgies (Pinkston) Ruff. She fell asleep in death on July 27, 2024, at Hospice of Cincinnati, Blue Ash. After moving to Cincinnati, she worked very hard as a waitress, housekeeper and cook. During this time, she began to study with Jehovah’s Witnesses after years of searching, she realized that this was the truth according to God’s word. She symbolized her dedication to Jehovah by water baptism June 22, 2002, she served faithfully until her passing.
Our mother loved to teach people about Jehovah, she spent many hours writing letters to individuals to help them to learn about her wonderful God Jehovah and the hope that he held out for all people. Mary: To know my sister was to love her she was pleasant and compassionate and sometimes outspoken. Thank you for always being there when I needed you. Mama we know you were always there for us when we needed you, you are still here not on earth but in our hearts, never will you be forgotten, you are in Jehovah’s heart and memory and that’s the best thing we really miss you, your children, grandchildren, nieces nephews, friends and neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband William H. Mosley, her children, Norma Jean, Kenneth, Christopher, Maverick, Johnnie as well as Lillie, Mary, Gene and Maxine. She leaves to cherish her memory and rejoice in the resurrection promise (Acts 24:15) Brenda Maupins, Diana Ruff, Anthony (Mary) Ruff, Janna Curry, Darlene M. Curry, Marlene Curry, a considerable number of grandchildren, a large number of great-grandchildren and a loving arm load of nieces, nephews, spiritual family and friends.
