My Mom, Barbara Jean King was born June 15, 1935 in Meridian, Mississippi to Addis Blanks (mother) and Leon Key (father). She is the mother of Dwight David Key and sister of Gregory Blanks. She moved to Cincin- nati, Ohio at a very early age.
She was a very educated person beyond her years. She was a very hard worker, working at American Book Com- pany and Walmart. While working at Walmart, she made a lot of friends, but that’s the kind of person she was — very friendly.
She married Samuel E. King in the late 50’s and had a great marriage for 20 years.
Towards her latter years, she started to mentor relatives and close friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Dwight; her brother, Gregory; her cousin, Robert; her close friend, Delores; and a host of other relatives and friends.
