Barbara Birch

Barbara S. Birch was born on October 29, 1943 to Rosie Hooker and Fred Jones. She was the oldest of eight children.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Roberts; and two sisters, Jessie Roark and Sarah Saylor. She is survived by: two brothers, Charlie Roberts and Jackie Roberts; and one sister, Della Curry.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her beloved and devoted husband, Carl Birch, Sr., married in Holy Matri-mony for 49 years. She was the loving mother of four children, Debra Hamons, Mary Roberts, Carl Birch, Jr. and Vicky Birch. She had six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly; and had wonderful times with many brothers and sisters-in-law.
In 1964, Barbara Birch found her calling in life and that she began her role as a faithful member of The House of God. She offered her insightful guidance serving God?s people in the Evangelical Committee. Her presence was always welcomed among family and friends, and her laughter and sweet smile that she would often share to those that needed a kind word. Barbara truly loved the Lord and his people and she would receive everyone with a positive word from God?s word.
She will be greatly missed and her laughter will live on forever in all of our hearts.
